That's not to say there can't be user error that could contribute to an issue, but used properly, I'm 100% at ease!Christine Kangasnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3984943203060969922.post-89074334702110347622013-09-11T22:20:30.569-04:002013-09-11T22:20:30.569-04:00I'm so glad that so many more people are getti...I'm so glad that so many more people are getting the word out about car seat safety. Everything I've read suggests 4 years is the best time to start forward facing because that is when a child's spine is developed enough to take an impact facing forward. I really wanted to get the new Chicco seat too! Now I'm not sure what I'll do! Thank you for this info though. It is so important to have our children safely secured in their seat or it does no good in a accident no matter how nice of a car seat you own.Julie Ghristnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3984943203060969922.post-68959118608781915502013-09-11T15:14:24.059-04:002013-09-11T15:14:24.059-04:00thank you for this article, as the mom of a 2 year...thank you for this article, as the mom of a 2 year old, a 1 year old, and one on the way. car seat safety is a huge concern for meJessica Carrollnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3984943203060969922.post-23883111335619805752013-09-11T09:54:14.792-04:002013-09-11T09:54:14.792-04:00That is so true!! I have two in boosters and one in a forward-facing car seat. We have some of the narrowest ones available, and they still don't all fit in the back seat of our larger sedan. A minivan that "technically" seats eight is great, but if you Heather Fantasmanoreply@blogger.com
