Back-to-school season is here! The excitement of it all can translate into nervous jitters- for both you and your child! In fact, in a recent survey by the makers of Excedrin®, 69% of parents* said that they were excited for their child's first day of school. Interestingly enough, 44% of parents also say they expect to get a headache during the back to school season!

Another issue parents* cite is getting themselves (41%) and their children (43%) back on a schedule at the top of the list of things that might cause their headaches during the back to school season.

In addition, more than one-third (35%) of parents* say shopping for school supplies might give them a headache.  With all the pencils, folders and notebooks, parents should remember to put Excedrin® on their back to school shopping list.

If you're one of those parents, it's probably a good idea to remember to put Excedrin® on your back to school shipping list, along with pencils and folders. Make Your Car Investment Be Fuel Effiecent and Last with Techron & Pep Boys

This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of Pep Boys and Techron for SocialSpark. All opinions are 100% mine.

I love my minivan. Because we have a great car that I  want to last us a very long time I am always looking for ways to keep it on its best. The only way to do that is to treat the car well with oil changes, tune ups and maintenance. Another way to help our car last is by using Techron Fuel System Cleaner

Techron® is an additive technology that works to get the most out of your engine thanks to their patented fuel additive technology which is trusted by motorists, mechanics and auto manufacturers all over the world.

When you use Techron®, it will clean your engine, leading to better performance, lower emissions and maximum fuel economy. It maximizes fuel economy. A dirty engine can reduce the mileage you get from a tank of gas. This is because deposits can cause fuels to be improperly combusted or absorbed, effectively wasting gas. A clean engine helps ensure that your gas fuel to air ratio is optimized, so you can use every drop of gasoline. This not only means you go further but your engine also burns cleaner.

Engines are designed to work at their best when they are clean and modern engines are designed to work with finer tolerances and at higher temperatures. Techron® works molecule by molecule to prevent deposit formation, and in the case of deposits left behind by low quality gasoline, works to remove those deposits.
Because of all these things I am sure to put Techron Fuel System Cleaner in my car. With 4 kids and family all over the state we have to visit, it is crucial our car is in top shape. So only a great product like this wil do!
So where can you get Techron Fuel System Cleaner? A cleaner so simple anyone can do? Well at Pep Boys of course!

Make sure and head over  to Find a Pep Boys Near You!
Your car is an expensive investment. Don't let wear and filth in your motor destroy one of your most valuable investments.

Car Seat Safety Month...How safe is your little one?

When babies are first born picking the type of car seat is a given. You know to get an infant car seat and you rest assured putting them in it knowing that the are safe.

However, as our little ones grow the proper car seat rules become a little more blurry because there is so much information always being thrown at us(and state laws are so different across the board). Thankfully the great people at Chicco came up with this great car seat safety chart to inform parents what is the appropriate car seat their little one should be in.

Is your little one using the right car seat?

As parents we continuously watch what our kids eat and wear. It's crucial for us to keep kids safety in mind at all times. The right fitting car seat is the perfect place to start!
