Peace of Mind during the unforseen...

A year ago a friend of mine lost his uncle who had no children but a lot of nieces and nephews. Between the heartbreak of losing their loved one a huge problem arose, he had left no will. So because of this, all of his possessions and property have become a huge fighting point between relatives, including some property being contested by the state because no clear owners were left. This problem is something that happens so often and that could have easily been prevented by simply having a last testament and will drawn up. A process that has become so simple thanks to companies like Texas last will and testament. For a surprisingly small fee one can have their will drawn up as well as have other legal packages included for a small fee. The hub and I have started researching a will for ourselves, with 4 little ones we need to have the peace of mind our children will be taken care of in an unforeseen event. I would rather not think about those things but one has to be realistic and you want to have everything left in place.  Thankfully, with a low price you can take care of this quickly, legally and professionally.  So make sure and check out a company like Texas last will and testament to help you figure things out so others won’t have to do it for you.

That's one thing I haven't done. I need to get to it. I have a lot of kids, mostly grown, and I wouldn't want them fighting at such a difficult time.
