The Earth is filled with the most beautiful of colors. From the dark tans of soil to the light brown of beach sand, you can find inspiration in colors wherever you go. All you need to do is look. How do you bring that inspiration of colors home? With Earth Paint. The beautiful, Eco friendly paints made from the Earth and brought to your home by  Mama Artist Leah Mebane.

Taking beautiful inspiration and colors from her surroundings, she has come up with a palate of colors, ideas and art that take you in and help transform any canvas into art. Because everything is done by hand and from the Earth you can have complete confidence you will only get natural, beautiful and responsibly made products.

A little about the Artist behind the product:
Artist and mother, Leah Fanning Mebane, works from home creating small batches of high quality, natural, sustainable paint (no child labor involved!) We create our paints in basically the same way our cave-dwelling ancestors did 40,000 years ago, and most cultures around the world and throughout the centuries have (with the help of a few modern gadgets). We enjoy carrying on this ancient tradition and  sharing non-toxic, natural paint with the world.

Leah has been an oil painter for over eighteen years. She began using all natural earth paints about five years ago. She eliminated all solvents and toxins from her studio and then began collecting her own pigments from nature. This transition away from toxic, modern paints gave her the joy of doing no harm to the environment and the freedom to express her art and passion in partnership with the earth. Her constant allergies and headaches cleared up with the removal of solvents in the studio. She also developed a deeper connection with the natural world as she spent more time outside the studio directly connecting  with the origins of her paints. There is lots of concern about safety and chemicals in our children's products. This is a great way to let them still be creative and artistic while you know the products are natural.
