Weight Watchers Recap
It's been 3 months since I started Weight Watchers and I can honestly say I was very happy with this lifestyle plan. I have "gone off it" a few times (don't we all)but was very happy because I was able to jump back on whenever I didn't really do so well the day before. In total I lost 17 pounds. At the end I did slack off a bit but kept the general guidelines suggested and was able to maintain my weight, which is big. The change was minimal because well it's taken a long time to get to where I am weight wise and I know it will take a long time to get to where I want to be. It will take time and I know I can do it.
Things I like about the diet:
You truly loose weight by eating
You can eat anything you want.
You can eat all the fruits and veggies you want* within reason
It's easy to do once you get learn the points system.
You can do it anywhere thanks to the Phone app and computer app.
There are so many products that can help you out of a bind when you want to stick to the diet but on the go.
Things I didn't like
There really wasn't anything that I didn't like. Overall it's very easy to follow and if you have the computer/cell phone app you are set to go.
You don't get restrictions and you get cheat points. This diet really is easy to follow and you get a lot of support and great ideas to help you.
For example: One great tip I got was using lemon juice as dressing.
My free period is expiring in the next few days and I will definitely be renewing my membership. It's impacted even my husband because he's decided to join me on this journey and will be signing up with me. In the end we want to feel and look better not only for ourselves, but so we can be around together for a long time. Thank you Weight Watchers for this opportunity in helping me kick off the weight loss.
*I received 3 months free online membership from Weight Watchers. All opinions are my own.

I can see how this might work well were someone to make lower carbohydrate choices on a daily basis
Congrats! Well done! I was a Weight Watcher some years ago and their diets really work.
17 Lbs! That's awesome congratulations. Weight Watchers has come a long way since my mom did it way back when maybe I should give it a try. :) Becky s.
