The Tulips have come! Spring is here!

All I can muster up is the word Exhaustion...but what a day!

I am so glad that God gave us the beautiful gift of wonderful weather and such a great time! When I woke up this morning and saw the cloudy sky and everything looking wet and deary I though oh no ! But quickly I went on my trusty friend Weather.com and was informed that yes there had been rain but thankfully it would be a beautiful day in a few hours...so wait wait wait and finally the Sun came out.

It is the yearly Tulip Festival and what a fun time we had. We ate and ate and ate all sorts of fun fair food. Lo got to enjoy the trains, petting zoo and of course local fire department showing off their gear and trucks. It's funny how you go through that point in your life where you find all this stuff incredibly exciting(as a child), then incredibly boring and or at least too cool to seem excited about all these cool things going on(as a teenager), then as an adult with children you are just as excited because you see it all through your child's eyes..I mean really , who would tell you before children that you would be excited to see a person dressed as a giant fire department dog or squeal with excitement when you see a choo choo train that your child can ride on. It's amazing!!!

All in all I can honestly say we were blessed with the wonderful day, weather and time~
